Flange heaters

This heating choice provides efficient heating with a robust, industrial design. There is a wide choice of different pipe materials, flange dimensions and insertion lengths. The correct surface load within your application ensures optimal configuration and operation. The electric heating elements, which are welded, soldered or clamped to the flange, are pre-designed to meet your specific needs. The connection box is available in painted steel or stainless steel and equipped with a maximum and/or control thermostat. If the required dimensions of cable glands are already known, you can provide this information for your connection cables upon request.

When selecting the correct flange heater, information is requested, namely:

• Liquid / gas to be heated
• Flow rate (flow)
• Working temperature
• Working pressure bar(g)
• Material stainless steel 304 / stainless steel 316 or ….
• Connection voltage
• Flange size / max. length A / unheated zone (D) from figure 2
