Privacy Declaration
Collecting and use of company data of customers and suppliers.
We would like to point out that we will collect and use the company data you provide to us because this is necessary to conclude and execute any possible agreement with you. This applies both to our (potential) customers and to parties from whom we purchase goods and/or services.
If you are a (potential) customer of ours, we use your data to and send a quotation, to determine which specifications or wishes a certain item must meet, to be able to deliver items or to carry out work for you, to be able to perform, to invoice and to communicate with you smoothly and efficiently about the implementation aspects of the agreement.
If you are a (potential) supplier or other contractor, your company details are also necessary for the conclusion and execution of the agreement. When purchasing, this is necessary to let you know which specifications or wishes a certain item or service must meet, to be able to send a request for quotation or to place an order, to be able to pay your invoices and to communicate with you quickly and efficiently.
You are not obliged to provide your company details. However, if you don’t provide us or provide us with insufficient company information, it is possible that we will not be able to carry out the aforementioned activities.
Transfer to third parties
We may have to provide company information to parties that supply parts, materials, products and/or services to us or carry out work on our behalf. We also use an external cloud for the backup of our entire business administration. Your company data is therefore provided to our cloud provider. We also use Microsoft Office and the associated storage options for emails and other files.
Company data retention period
If you have requested a quote from us but this has not become an order, your company data will be deleted no later than one year after our last contact. Even if we have received a quote from you, but we have not become your customer, your company data will be deleted no later than one year after our last contact. If you have become a customer with us, your company details will be retained for follow-up or repeated orders. If you wish to have this data deleted, you must notify us by e-mail. We lose all insight into productions and cannot make repeated orders as soon as we delete your company data.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us to review your own company data. If there is a reason to do so, you can also request us to adjust your company details. You also have the right to request the deletion of your company data. You can also object against the collection and use of your data.
