Flow heaters

The standard flow heater (image 1) can be chosen in combination with our standard screw-in elements up to 230/400 Volt – 9000 Watt and flow tube. The diameter of the stainless steel flow pipe is 53 mm, equipped with half welding socket 1 1/2″G for the screw-in element, inlet and output half welding socket 1/2″G and 1 bleed nipple. The standard REF connection box can be equipped with a maximum or (digital) control thermostat. The list below shows the standard versions with our article number. If required, the screw-in element can also be fitted with a stainless steel plug instead of standard brass.

For capacities up to 3×400 Volt – 30KW, we have the option to build with a screw-in element 2 1/2″G and stainless steel flow pipe dia 84 mm (image 2). This flow pipe has a standard inlet and output half welding socket 1 1/2″ G and 1 bleed nipple. If required, the screw-in element can also be fitted with a stainless steel plug instead of standard brass. The connection box can be equipped with a maximum and/or control thermostat with the desired setting range.

If screw connections are not desired or the power is above 30KW, we can offer a complete flow heater with flange connections (image 3). The water heater is manufactured entirely in stainless steel as standard and determined in diameter and length based on the required power and medium.
