Insert heaters

Almost all insert heaters that we manufacture are custom made specifically for our customers. The images show our standard stock insert heaters and aluminum shielding cabinets. These are available from 230/400V-1500 Watt to 230/400V-9000 Watt with brass plug 1½”G (see stock list). It is possible to equip them with an adjustable thermostat or maximum thermostat and various control ranges (single-pole and 3-pole). ).

The insert heaters are available in any desired design, power and connection voltage.

Note:

The insert heaters must always be placed horizontally, completely below the liquid level and supported at a length of > 750 mm. If it is placed vertically, this should be discussed in advance due to the minimum liquid level. It is possible to produce the unheated zone of the closed tube elements with 120, 150, 200, 250, 300, 400 or 500 mm. The maximum surface load must be observed at all times, which is why this must be discussed and checked when ordering.
