Bain-marie elements
The bain-marie systems are frequently used in the catering industry to keep sauces at the right temperature. The heating element, which is frequently used, is a closed tube element bent in a horseshoe model or a silicone heating element underneath a stainless steel water tank (dry system).
The standard closed tube elements are placed in the heating tank and mounted with an M26 lead-through nipple. The electrical connection is made with M4 connections. We can of course also produce different dimensions and/or voltage capacities for you.
The standard silicone heating elements have a center hole (for possible installation of thermostat / clixon), high-quality adhesive layer for easy installation and 2 connecting wires 500 mm with Teflon sheathing. They are suitable for a maximum jacket temperature of +180°C. We can of course also produce different dimensions and/or voltage – power for you.
Remark:
For both versions, the warming tank is always filled with water and the closed tube element is completely submerged.

This version has an adhesive layer for correct installation and is suitable for a maximum jacket temperature of +180°C.
The two connecting wires have a standard length of 500 mm.
